This is a log or "archive" of all system wide broadcasts using the private text messaging function of
Destiny. From this screen you are able to choose a unit and review any message the unit may have broadcasted.
This screen also displays a time and date for each message sent. If there is a discrepancy over what was said, ALL broadcasts are saved for later review.
